Mindset Language For Kids

There are two main mindsets we can navigate life with: growth and fixed.


Having a growth mindset is essential for success.

When I was teaching 2nd grade I made a bulletin board explains to my kiddos the difference between two ways our brains can talk to us. 🧠 🗯


For many of them, having these “scripts” of how they can reframe their brains made all the difference.


My favorite part was when I would hear them using the growth mindset prompts aloud in class. ❤️


Or better yet - to help encourage their friends. 🥰
