Waiting to begin only makes the gaps bigger....

“Chances are, if you made it this far, you likely have little memory of learning to read.”

I was recently reading an article and a few paragraphs in, the sentence above stopped me.

While 40% of children learn to read fairly easily, for 30-40% it requires more effort and for the remaining 20-30% learning to read is the most difficult task to master in their school years.

I have linked the article here and want to remind you of 2 things.

1 - If your child is struggling to learn to read - they (and you!) are not alone.

2 - It doesn't have to be a forever problem.

One thing I know for sure is the sooner you provide your child with adequate support, the easier it will be to close the gap.

If you are feeling called to reach out for reading help for you child - click the link below to complete a Student Goal Setting form and let's talk about if tutoring support is the right fit for your child at this time.

We got you!

Love,

Ms. Schelzi
